THIS STARTED AS MY OWN JOURNEY — AND TURNED INTO A MISSION.
Over 13 years ago, I didn’t walk into the gym because I wanted to be healthy. I did it because I believed being slim meant being worthy. What followed was a rollercoaster of negative body image, restrictive eating, endless cardio, “magic” pills, and procedures I didn’t need. I wasn’t training for strength — I was trying to shrink myself.
Eventually, the gym became something entirely different. It became my space for healing, rebuilding, and reclaiming control over my body and my mindset. That shift, from punishment to empowerment, changed everything.
And I knew I wasn’t the only one who needed that kind of shift.


FROM PERSONAL RECOVERY TO PROFESSIONAL PURPOSE.
I signed up for a Personal Training and Nutrition course during my own recovery, just to stay on the right track. I never planned to turn it into a career — until I realized how many people were struggling like I had been.
Today, I’m here to help others break free from shame, toxic fitness culture, and the idea that they have to “earn” their place in the gym. I coach people to build real strength, inside and out — and to enjoy the process while they do it.
